Hotel is in prime location of Bharuch. You get many eatable shops at a walking distance near to Hotel. Parking of hotel is not specific to hotel however, they have taken space in adjacent society to park our vehicles. Entrance of hotel is not good at all however once you get out from lift and enter to hotels reception it is another world. Rooms are clear and okayish type. Basic necessities were available. No kettle, No coffee or tea pouch. No Cable. Dental kit is available on request at free of cost. Food is bit costly as compared to normal menu items. Overall it is good to stay

After we paid 2500 RS. Charge for 1 night hold we never expected mosquito in room and not Protection also in room like All out but here available only agarbatti for mosquito. This is very bed I not like it. I suggest to hotelier that it's need to improve room facilities compare to charge.

Had to stay over night during my trip room no 210,AC swing was not working and the exhaust fan in washroom was making lot of noise,we pay for comfort and services which is basic and right for the customer,we went for dinner at 10 pm ,the guy said it's closed for dinner,so had to go out for dinner.The management needs to take care of small issues on a serious note,Drivers accomodation facility is not available,which I beleive is basic facility overall ok staying experience. Lot of improvements required.,Front office staff Tousif was very courteous enough

Very polite and helpful staff, decent rooms, good amenities and reasonable charges. This is value for money. 🫰 The only downside is their entrance is not appealing let alone being welcoming. They do Buffett dinner everyday. I was suprised to see nin vegetarian items included in the spread - a rarity in Gujrat 😀

Perfect spot to take a halt on your journey, business trips or in general, few other services they offer guess Banquets avail too. Neat and clean, decent space in the room with storage. Polite & well mannered staff with quick service on food orders or other requests and the food is great. Hardly mins away from Highway point and in a safe & active location and walkable to a Mall & Dmart. Attractive price for their service. Although check in was 12, they instantly on arrival let us have the room hours in advance. True hospitality. 1 less star for 2nd stay on return trip, the room had broken shower tap, on/off panel for bathroom, bedsheet had stains, not sure how a hotel can give broken space to people for paid stay!

I got stuck in the lift and yet the staffs were seemed barely concerned. When asked them to rectify the lift issue they on the contrary told me that I need to learn how to use a lift. Then I tried using the staircase in order avoid faulty lift, which is again blocked and not workable. The toiletries provided were also of very cheap quality, however, they charged me with a handsome amount for such cheap amenities. But lift is the main issue which should be resolved ASAP.
